Teaching Strategies® GOLD® is a comprehensive, observation-based assessment system used by early childhood education programs throughout Minnesota. This session offers an overview of the Teaching Strategies GOLD® assessment system and explores how data can be used to strengthen implementation and improve outcomes for children. Participants will explore strategies for using GOLD® data to inform planning, strengthen instructional practices, and drive continuous program improvement. Through hands-on exploration of reports and data tools, leaders will learn how to make informed decisions that enhance teaching quality, support checkpoint completion, strengthen family engagement, and improve child outcomes.
