This session focuses on shaping thinking and actions toward intentional goals (Bryant & Kazan, 2012). Through two interactive 30‑minute segments, participants will explore how the core principles of self‑leadership; self‑awareness, self‑regulation, and self‑motivation strengthen leadership foundations and build stronger networks. Group discussion and everyday examples will highlight how intentional behaviors and emotions help build a strong “nest.”
Learning Objectives:
To deepen participants’ understanding of how self‑leadership principles guide intentional actions and strengthen a stronger “nest.”
Outcomes:
  • Participants will identify the three core principles of self‑leadership and their impact on daily actions.
  • Participants will apply everyday examples to recognize how intentional behaviors support building a strong, connected “nest.”
  • Participants will engage in collaborative dialogue to explore how self‑leadership influences sustainable personal and professional networks.
