About me
Christa is the founder of CP Consulting, a consultancy that supports non-profits focused on gender equity and youth development. Christa brings 25 years of deep knowledge in the programs, processes and people that make non-profits prosper — and uses that expertise to turn complex challenges into on-point solutions. One of Christa’s favorite aspects of her work is facilitating and engaging with thought partners and stakeholders in a group setting. Prior to consulting, Christa spent 20 years working at YWCA Minneapolis in a variety of roles within the Girls and Youth division.Christa is a graduate of Lawrence University earning a B.A. in Anthropology with a special emphasis on gender studies. Christa was a swimmer at Lawrence and credits her team experience and many hours in the pool for her drive, motivation, and love of teamwork. In her spare time, Christa likes to spend time with her family and friend, cooking, eating, and watching her two teen boys play piano and tennis.
