About me
Nicole Ferrara is a certified forest therapy guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy and founder of Damselfly Forest Therapy in Rochester, Minnesota. She guides nature-based experiences that invite people to slow down, engage their senses, and deepen their connection with the natural world and one another.
Prior to launching Damselfly Forest Therapy, Nicole spent nearly 30 years working as a writer, editor, and communications professional, including more than a decade supporting healthcare and academic organizations. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in English and combines evidence-informed practice with a passion for helping people cultivate wellbeing through nature connection.
