About me
Cullen Bahn is the Director of Jordan Community Education & Recreation and is entering his fourth year in the role. He oversees the Jordan Community Center (CERC) and a wide range of community education programming that serves the Jordan community—from early childhood education and youth enrichment to adult learning and senior citizen classes. Before stepping into his current position, Cullen spent 15 years in Eastern Carver County Schools, where he served as a teacher, dean of students, and assistant principal of athletics. His diverse experience in education and leadership has shaped his commitment to creating inclusive, engaging programs that bring people together. Cullen especially enjoys connecting with community members and helping them find meaningful ways to get involved. He’s proud to be part of the team celebrating the 10-year anniversary of the CERC, a hub of activity and connection in Jordan. Outside of work, Cullen enjoys spending time with his wife, Jen, their three kids—Avery, Harper, and Beckett—and their dog Maverick. He’s a fan of all things sports and finds joy in working in the yard.
