With over 20 years of experience in education, Cha (Txab) is a dedicated human-centered leader committed to transforming teaching and learning. Currently focused on teacher development, she leads efforts in recruitment, retention, and professional growth with an emphasis on equity and student-centered practices. A systems thinker and natural connector, Cha brings a collaborative and collective approach to leadership that prioritizes the voices and needs of both educators and students. She champions equity and alignment across educational ecosystems to ensure coherence and lasting impact. Grounded in equity and committed to sustainable change, she works across teams and communities to build supportive environments where all educators thrive and every student can succeed. Outside of her professional work, she loves spending time with her family, aspires to work at Hogwarts, and strives to drink more water.
