December Lynch, supervises the Early Learning Services team at the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF), where she champions initiatives that strengthen systems for young children and their families. December is passionate about ensuring equitable access to early education and brings a wealth of knowledge in program development, policy implementation, and family engagement.
