About me
Devin joined Ignite Afterschool in May 2023 to support school-age care accreditation and continuous improvement. She has over 25 years of experience in youth development, with much of her career rooted in youth camping. Devin is Program Specialist at Ignite Afterschool, where she manages the I-SAC program. In this role, she oversees accreditation and continuous program improvement (CPI) for school-age care programs. Her extensive background equips her with the skills and knowledge to ensure high standards and positive outcomes for the programs under her care. Outside of work, Devin lives in the Twin Cities with her two teenage daughters and understands the juggle of schedules, activities, and family priorities. Whether she’s cheering them on at volleyball and swim meets or supporting their leadership in Job’s Daughters, she has learned how important it is to carve out intentional time for connection and exploration.
