About me
Julie Baeb is a strategic planning consultant, facilitator, and design thinker who helps K–12 school districts build actionable plans rooted in community voice and human-centered design. Through her work at TeamWorks, she guides leadership teams from ambiguity to clarity — surfacing insights, fostering alignment, and supporting the cultural shifts needed for sustained impact.Julie brings a uniquely multidisciplinary lens to this work, shaped by careers spanning architectural design, advertising, and nearly a decade in K–12 education. At Minnetonka Public Schools, she played a pivotal role in the district's crowd-sourced innovation program — coaching student teams and staff idea champions through empathy-building, prototyping, and user testing — and received the district's Award of Excellence, Innovation Partner of the Year, and Design and Innovation Global's Cultural Transformation Award.Her facilitation practice integrates systems thinking, implementation coaching, and the creative confidence to help teams find solutions grounded in empathy and equity. She is currently pursuing ICF certification as an executive coach.Julie holds a Master of Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design, a Bachelor's in Journalism and Mass Communication from Drake University, and has completed human-centered design training through Stanford d.School and facilitator certification through Voltage Control.
