About me
Shannon Brown, MS, LPCC (she/her/hers) is the CEO of Fernbrook Family Center, where she has been a dedicated leader and mental health professional since 2011. With a strong passion for supporting families and strengthening communities, Shannon brings over a decade of experience in mental health services, leadership, and organizational growth.
She holds a Master of Science in Counseling from Winona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Shannon combines clinical expertise with strategic leadership to guide Fernbrook's mission of providing accessible, compassionate, and culturally responsive mental health care across southern Minnesota.
