Katie Hackman, RD is a Population Health Specialist at Olmsted County Public Health, where she leads efforts in policy, systems, and environmental change within school districts and the broader community. She brings a strong foundation in nutrition and public health, having previously worked with WIC to provide education and support to families. Katie is passionate about mental health and body-inclusive education, and committed to creating healthier, more equitable communities.
