About me
Stephen Keeler (they/them) serves as the Director of Community Education for Fridley Public Schools and Co-chair of the MCEA Equity Committee. Stephen is a justice-centered Community Education leader whose work focuses on anti-racism, decolonized practice, disability justice, gender-inclusive systems, relational accountability, and equitable organizational culture. Their leadership spans early childhood, school-age care, youth and adult enrichment, senior programs, facilities, community partnerships, and district-community systems. Stephen’s work emphasizes moving equity beyond values statements into structures, policies, access, relationships, and everyday leadership practices that increase dignity, belonging, safety, and participation for the whole community.
