About me
Lisa Rahn serves as the Director of Community Education for Shakopee Public Schools and is an active member of the MCEA Equity Committee and the RALLI Legislative Committee. Lisa brings experience in Community Education leadership, public-sector program development, legislative advocacy, cross-district collaboration, and equity-focused systems work. Her leadership is grounded in the practical realities of serving diverse communities through programming, partnerships, access, operations, and district-community relationships. As a co-facilitator, Lisa will help guide participants through a structured think-tank process focused on building bold, usable, and field-informed equity best practices for Community Education across Minnesota.
