About me
Melissa Stenke serves as the Director of Systemwide Special Education Services for Rochester Public Schools, where she leads districtwide systems, programming, compliance, and instructional support for special education services. With more than 20 years of experience in special education, Melissa has served in a variety of leadership and instructional roles.
Melissa holds a Director of Special Education License (PreK-12) from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Science in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of St. Thomas, and a Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Learning Disabilities from Winona State University.
