Melissa Laatsch has been working in school age care at Robbinsdale Area Schools for over 26 years. She is passionate about building positive, meaningful relationships with children, families and collegues. Throughout her career, she has been committed to creating inclusive, welcoming environments where all individuals feel seen, supported and valued. She is a strong advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community and dedicated to fostering safe spaces for underserved populations, ensuring that every child and family has the opportunity to thrive.
