A recognized leader in the field, Mischelle is a past Regional Community Educator of Excellence award winner and has served in vital leadership roles for MNAFEE, Anoka-Hennepin Schools and Osseo Area Schools. As the founder of Squire Communication Solutions, she specializes in equity-centered engagement and strategic messaging. Mischelle partners with district leadership to deliver high-impact, low-stress communication frameworks that build authentic public trust and connect programs with historically underrepresented families.
