Scott Lhotka, Ed.S., is the Director of Community Education & Services for Westonka Public Schools, overseeing Early Learning, Child Care, Enrichment, and Recreation. A former Dean of Students, Scott combines his background in student support with 25 years of Aquatics Safety experience to implement practical Standard Response Protocols within the unique logistical landscape of out-of-school time.
