About me
Steph Kaste, MA, OTR/L, is an experienced occupational therapist serving Shakopee Public Schools’ Early Childhood programs. A graduate of St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota, Steph has worked in a variety of therapy settings, including skilled nursing facilities, home care, and educational environments. Since 2015, she has played a key role in implementing the Pyramid Model at Pearson Early Learning Center in Shakopee, where she serves as an internal coach. Steph also leads efforts in fundraising and community engagement to support the Pyramid Model team and its initiatives.
