About me
Tiffany Clifton serves as the Director of Community Education for Orono Public Schools, bringing over 15 years of leadership across the nonprofit, private, and public sectors. Grounded in a holistic approach to student and staff care, she serves on the district’s well-being and crisis teams, and actively contributed to developing the district’s comprehensive school safety framework. Her safety work includes collaboration with the Minnesota School Safety Center and implementing the "I Love U Guys" Standard Response Protocol (SRP). An active member of the Minnesota Community Education Association (MCEA), Tiffany is passionate about working alongside her team to build a safe, welcoming, and connected environment.
